Senior Technical Product Lead at SalesForce.com

We are currently looking for a passionate Senior Technical Product Lead for SalesForce.com to guide a new solution that helps fruit and vegetable growers in their day-to-day work in the field and streamlines their communication with the largest auction houses in Belgium.

Tasks

As a passionate technical SalesForce.com specialist, you will guide a new digital solution that helps fruit and vegetable producers with their day-to-day operations in the field and that streamlines and optimizes their communication with the largest fruit and vegetable auction houses in Belgium. This solution is on the eve of its launch.

You will take the lead in a new SalesForce.com team to be developed. This team, together with partners, will further expand the existing product and develop new applications for Agriculture & Horticulture.

You will be part of a young and broader dynamic IT team with a start-up mentality and mixed expertise, enabling you to be at the cradle of new digital developments and create growth opportunities with this opportunity.

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Giving direction to the applications that are developed within the SalesForce.com platform
• To test the technical feasability of functionalities
• Design and develop new functionalities together with the team & partners
• Organize the release management around the SalesForce.com component. You are a team player, you have a product approach and you see yourself working within a start-up atmosphere (but with great job security).
  
  

You are interested in the business model of a producer organization that unites the producers to provide us with our basic needs, high-quality fruit and vegetables.

Profile

Minimal

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT, computer science or equivalent technology degree
• Good analytical thinking and a great desire to learn and to implement in a targeted manner
• Technical skills to program on the Force.com platform
• Capacity to convert functionalities into development & parameterization tasks
• Giving direction to the execution of the tasks
• Knowledge of the broader SalesForce.com offering
• Communicative & likes to work in a team
• Proactive and result driven
• Good knowledge of English and Dutch
